While wings are cooking, combine BBQ sauce, Hennessy, brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until sauce thickens.
Remove wings from oven, toss in sauce, then return to oven for 5-7 minutes until sauce caramelizes.
Let wings rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the sauce to set and achieve the perfect sticky texture.
